Planned Maintenance (PM) includes regularly scheduled maintenance, inspections and reports and include the cost of labor and parts. PM can also include annual seasonal maintenance, startups and shutdowns, water treatment analysis as well as 24/7 emergency service.
Full-Service Maintenance includes all the features of Planned Maintenance and adds enhanced labor and parts coverage and 24/7 emergency service within a fixed-cost structure.
Customized Maintenance programs can include features, such as:
