IBM’s manufacturing facility in East Fishkill, NY has been home to computer chip manufacturing since the mid-1960s around the dawn of the “modern” computer chip. We have participated in both Design-Build and Plan-and-Spec projects on site since 1999. We have completed all HVAC and process exhaust in Buildings 323 and 323A throughout those years. We have been chosen as a Supply Chain Management partner and are still performing Tool Install work on site today even after the acquisition of the IBM facilities by GlobalFoundries in 2015.
